It was nice I had ribs and Fries but I don't remember having coleslaw with that. I like my pasta to be cooked a little longer. It was a nice Fellowship that we had and the customer service was great.😀

EDIT: just went back. Still amazing. 11/16/19Love The Log Cabin. It is a must visit location in CT. The food is so tasty. It comes in really good portions. The restaurant is family style; pasta and bread is served for the table before your food comes out. Make sure to be ready to wait if you're bringing your family/friends. There will most likely be a wait for seating, especially on weekends. But the food is worth the wait.

My family and I aren't from the shoreline so finding a restaurant tonight wasn't the easiest. We passed by here a couple of times but fate lead us right back eventually. They absolutely deserve their ratings and reviews; the food was excellent and accommodating to my Gluten intolerance. As well, the wait staff was superb, attentive, kind but not pushy and always available to help clear our places. It was really a refreshing experience, and while I don't write many reviews, this one was well deserved! We will be back!! Thank you Lois for the wonderful service!

Log Cabin is exceptional. The atmosphere is rustic, as it was made to look like a cabin.The food is delicious, and made just right. Their pasta sauce is delicious and made fresh every day

The food was great I went at lunch time but if you go for dinner you're probably be taken some food home because it's big portion They serve you

What a Spectacular meal! It is our 51st Wedding Anniversary- We couldn't have asked for a more delicious lunch! The portions were so generous and yet we brought hone leftovers- what a Bonus! Can't wait to tell all our friends!! We will return often!Maureen and Tom

Wonderful dinner tonight with my Mom, Aunt & Sister in-law. (1st picture) I had the special braised beef short Ribs over mashed potatoes... Ribs were like butter! Yum(2nd picture) Mom & Aunt had Swordfish special with Risotto & spinach... My Sister had Stuffed shrimp. Everything tasted great. The service was spot on and friendly.

Been eating here since the 90s...food is good and the wait staff is very intentive...the portions here are crazy if you leave here hungry or even hungry the next day you weren't at The Log Cabin....

Great family friendly place. Huge portions. I recommend splitting an order, there will be leftovers. Best sauce ever!!! I have taken trips there just to buy their sauce alone😁

We enjoy the Log Cabin. We had plenty of food to take home. They give you bread and pasta. Also your meal comes with salad. My shrimp were good-sized with drawn butter and my husband enjoyed his steak. He received a large plate of stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. On the downside, their stuffing, regardless of the meal, has very little flavor. I also would have liked more choices of brands for a glass of wine. Only Woodbridge available.

I really enjoyed myself. The waitress was awesome. The food was very good. You get so much food you are guaranteed to take food home. I Highly recommend this restaurant.

First time dining here. The food and service were really good.

Prepare to bring a lot if food home! We got there early but we still had to wait about 40 minutes before we were seated. The restaurant was very loud but there were 3 large groups that night. The food was delicious ( my Zuppa di peace was a bit too spicy for my liking) and the portions were enormous! Shrimp cocktail was amazing ( 25 delicious shrimp) but again sauce was too spicy. I prefer horseradish vs hit sauce. The only complaint of the evening was that the fettuccine alfredo was a bit on the bland side. Fresh hot bread was served first, then salad , and then our appetizers. Oh and let's not forget the family size bowl of pasta and sauce. By then I was wondering how I possibly was going to eat my main course. Bring an appetite! All in all great food for reasonable price.

The Log Cabin was the perfect choice for my grandfather's 91st birthday celebration. Amazing size portions, quick and friendly service...everyone enjoyed their meals, and we all brought home leftovers. My family and I will certainly be coming back! Highly Recommend !!

Our favorite restaurant large portions always leftovers and great food. The servers are all really nice too. A pleasure to go there!!

First thing the waitress was really good and very informative. The food selection was very good. Selection of seafood, chicken, and steak was very good too. The portion of food was very large. The pasta was probably enough for the 2 of us alone then the rest of our meal came. The food also tasted very good. This was a case where quality and quantity were pretty good. The food was worth the price paid. I would highly recommend. I left very pleased.
